1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online betting platform operated by Stitch88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

2 User Eligibility

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not acting on behalf of any third party

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on Stitch88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings.

3.2 Required Information

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad or passport)
• Valid identity card or passport number
• An active Malaysian phone number
• A valid and accessible email address
• Actual date of birth

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Stitch88 reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documents from you at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Stitch88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. stitch88 is not liable for any loss resulting from deposits made in error or through unauthorised channels.

5 Fund Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Stitch88 account
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted
• Wagering requirements (rollover) for any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours from the date the request is received. Bank transfer times depend on the receiving bank and typically take between 5 minutes and 3 working hours after approval by Stitch88.

5.3 stitch88's Right to Withhold Withdrawals

Stitch88 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms while an internal investigation is conducted.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

6.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of winnings, and account closure:

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Final Decisions

All betting results displayed by the stitch88 system are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the results shown on the platform and those issued by the event organiser, stitch88 reserves the right to exercise its best judgement in determining the official outcome.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following situations:

• The match is postponed or cancelled and not resumed within 24 hours

Stitch88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by User

You may close your stitch88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any valid balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by stitch88

13 Amendments to These Terms

Stitch88 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment notice has been sent or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to Kuala Lumpur Courts which has exclusive jurisdiction over this matter.
